CONFIDENTIALITY
- I undertake to keep confidential all material and information obtained during the course of my training as a Sevak/Sevika through the online portal www.cwteachers.org
- I further undertake not to disclose the material without prior consent of Chinmaya Mission West (CMW) / Central Chinmaya Mission Trust (CCMT) and shall take all reasonable care and measures to prevent any kind of release or dissemination.
- I agree that all material coming into my possession during the course of my training and performance as a Sevak/Sevika, shall belong exclusively to CMW/CCMT and I shall not obtain any right by reason of this training.
- I shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer or sell the course materials and training to any third party for any commercial/non-commercial purposes.
- I shall not share my password to access the online portal with anyone and I am responsible for protecting its use.
- I acknowledge that the information could not be used to the determent of CMW/CCMT.
- I acknowledge and understand that any violation during the course of my training and performance as a Sevak/Sevika may result in withdrawal of training and/or official action taken against me.
- I acknowledge and agree to abide by these conditions and understand that these conditions will remain in force even after I cease to be a Sevak/Sevika or have an association with CMW /CCMT.
